For your team

Your accounting firm runs your finance on Pursor.

The agents do the routine finance work and your firm makes the entries and signs the close. You see all of it, and you are asked only the few things your company alone can answer. Nobody on your side keys a journal, uploads a file or answers a notice.

What you will see

Your Inbox

Only the things that need you: a payment that matches two orders, a bill from a vendor nobody expected, a settlement that came in short. Each one says what the agents found and what it needs from you. Routine work does not appear here; it is done, and recorded.

Your cash

A twelve-week cashflow built from your bank, your orders, your bills and your purchase orders, published every Monday. The payment list goes to whoever makes the payments.

Your books

Every transaction, every reconciliation and every month-end journal, with the evidence behind it and the reason it was made. Ask Pursor a question about any figure and it answers from your own records.

What you will be asked

  • What a charge was, when no document says.
  • Whether to pay a supplier early, or hold.
  • A stock count, or the answer to something only your company knows.

Each question comes with what the agents already found. Answer it, or leave a note, and the work finishes.

What Pursor cannot do

  • Move money, pay a bill or approve a payment.
  • Change a price or alter an order in your shop or marketplaces.
  • Hold a password to your bank, your shop or your ledger. Bank connections are read-only.

Every entry Pursor makes in your ledger is recorded with its evidence and can be corrected. Your ledger stays your ledger. Where your data goes

Your firm is accountable for the work and is the only hand on your books. If something looks wrong, tell them; they can see what the agents saw and why.
